My colleague Arthur and I arrived yesterday morning in Amsterdam. When we left for India, we thought the biggest concerns would be some digestive issues, the usual risks of Indian traffic, or perhaps catching a disease similar to when we most likely got COVID at the Global Castor Oil Conference in February 2020. At that time, some participants had recently been in China. It was never tested, but we both returned home with symptoms. 

Some participants from the conference on Saturday, 28/02, are still stuck somewhere in Asia, as flights were cancelled at short notice,  especially those routed through the Middle East. Yesterday in Mumbai we saw that about 40% of flights were cancelled. Our own flight to Amsterdam was routed via Pakistan and Afghanistan, which is currently not the safest route to take. We saw several of our partners in last 10 days, had two domestic flights and were driving about 1000 km by car through Gujarat-India to visit new and existing partners...
