Weather and sowing situation
The monsoon is officially over. For India it was a good monsoon with 108% of the long period average. It started a bid slow in June, but picked up in July and August. Even in September there were floodings in certain areas, which delayed planting of for example Castor. Some areas of India received less rain like the Northeast and Punjab.
A good monsoon means good plantings, but unfortunately this time not for Castor...
