With India responsible for approximately  90% of the world’s Castor oil production, ensuring a sustainable and traceable supply chain is critical. The launch of WCSF and the ongoing efforts of SCA aim to strengthen the industry’s economic, environmental, and social impact while improving the livelihoods of thousands of smallholder farmers.

These initiatives go beyond just environmental responsibility. By setting industry-wide sustainability standards, they help companies:
